Questions buyers ask
Are you affiliated with Fuzozo?
No. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a supplier to Fuzozo or its manufacturer. We build AI plush collectibles in this category for other brands, and we do not reproduce protected character designs.
Can you make a plush at our retail price?
Tell us the shelf price and the channel and we will say what is achievable at that cost — which usually means choosing between eye display size, battery life and plush size rather than all three. We quote per project once the spec is agreed.
Who writes the personality?
You own it. We provide the engine — memory structure, mood model, dialogue guardrails — and implement the persona your team writes, or help write it against your IP bible.
What about child safety and certification?
Products are designed against the regulations of your target markets, including toy safety and EMC, and we support the testing and documentation. We do not claim certificates we do not hold — the file we hand over is the file the lab issued for your product.
Can it be sold without an app?
Yes. The device works standalone for dialogue and expression; the app adds persona setup, content packs and firmware updates. Some channels prefer no app at all, and the firmware can ship with setup done at the factory.
